House floor consideration on legislation addressing abortion services gag rule video recording

A video recording featuring US House of Representatives consideration on a conference report, likely for HR 3090, the Family Planning Amendments Act of 1992, or HR2707 Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 1992, both of which addressed a "gag rule" on doctors and other health professionals providing or referring women to abortion services in federally funded facilities.
