Description

Seventeen men in the image wear uniforms consisting of dark pants and shirts with shield button fronts, patrol hats, and light-colored neckties. The street is plank and wood, and a boardwalk is visible behind the men. Buildings behind the men display United States flags and bunting, and a large streetlight stands on the edge of the boardwalk. One building, identified as a photograph gallery, displays photos on a board between the window and the door.
