Marks and Scars: End joint of right middle finger badly scarred. Small mole right of nose. F. P. C. 9 - U00---6 - U-00 - 17. Escaped June 21, 1928 while employed as trusty. Arrest and Wire, H. W. Meyers, Superintendent, Oregon State Penitentiary, Salem, Ore.
