Title
Huff market
Description
Sepia-toned image of a market. Eggs, beans, and other fresh foods and produce fill bins at the bottom of the image, while a woman in a cloche hat and an apron sorts through a bin just beneath a hanging scale. Another woman to the image right appears to be shopping. An antique car sits on the curb, and a street busy with pedestrian traffic fills the background. the sign above the woman's head reads 'W. S. Huff, Beaverton. Fresh Egg's [sic] Farm Produce. The Huff's market was located between Third and Fourth Streets on Yamhill in downtown Portland, but the Huffs were long-time residents of Beaverton.
