King of Klubs Drill Team
Title
King of Klubs Drill Team
Description
Black and white image of a group of women and two men gathered about a velvet draped throne room. The king wears a velvet robe and crown, while the remainder of the group wear military-style costumes. The group's costumes are similar to United States military dress uniforms from the World War II era. Large placards depicting the king of clubs playing cards bracket placards reading 'King of Klubs' on either side of the group. A sign just visible on the far left of the image indicates the photo is being taken in a skating rink most likely the Shute Park skating rink. See WCMpic_014568 and WCMpic_014569 for other images of this group.
