Interoffice memo for the Rajneesh file written by Bob Oliver, legal counsel to Governor Atiyeh, reporting on a telephone call from Jayananda, a member of the Rajneeshpuram community. Jayananda called him at his home to inquire about several issues including whether the Rajneesh might be able to operate a highschool, the background of a Rajneesh opponent named Verne Duncan, and recent threats of kidnapping.
